Sizing, Format & Framing

Why Are Size Options Limited?

Each piece of art or photography is composed with emotional and visual balance in mind. Offering every print in every size would sometimes mean cropping or distorting a piece in ways that compromise its intent.

By selecting specific print sizes per piece, I’m ensuring that what you receive matches the heart of how it was created.

What Sizes Are Available?


You’ll find sizes like 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, and select square formats depending on the original dimensions of the work. Each listing includes only the sizes that preserve the full composition or ideal focal point.

Can I Request a Different Size?

Yes! I’m happy to discuss custom print sizes or formats. Not all requests can be fulfilled (due to image constraints), but I’ll always do my best to offer a size that works.

Canvas Edge Adjustments


Some prints (especially canvases) are adjusted slightly to allow for clean edge wrapping. I take care to preserve the central composition in these formats. If you’d prefer no edge wrapping (white border), please specify in your request.

Shop Policies & Terms of Service



General Order & Fulfillment

All prints and products are made to order through a trusted third-party service (Printful).
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and tracking info when it ships.

Shipping Information

Domestic shipping is available within the U.S.; international shipping is available to select locations. Delivery times vary depending on location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
Please double-check your shipping address. I am not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Since each item is made to order, returns are generally not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the issue are required.
I will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Original Artwork Policy

Originals are one-of-a-kind pieces and are packaged with care.
All sales of original artwork are final unless the piece arrives damaged.

Custom Work / Commissions

Commissions are open on an "as time allows" basis, and limited in number. This is to ensure each piece is crafted with the care it deserves. For updates on commission availability, subscribe on Patreon, subscribe to my newsletter, or check my Home page banner.

Usage Rights & Copyright

Purchasing a print or original gives you the right to display it in your home or space.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the image without written permission.
All artwork and photography remains the intellectual property of Remnant Muse.

Services – Murals & Window Painting Terms

Booking & Availability:

Murals and window designs are accepted based on schedule availability and project alignment.

Booking requires an initial inquiry via the Contact page or Services form.

Pricing:

Pricing varies based on size, detail, materials, and travel distance.
A flat rate will be quoted after consultation. In some situations, pricing will be by the hour.
Materials may be included or billed separately depending on scope.

Deposit & Payment:

A 25% deposit is required to secure a mural/window painting booking.

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

Client Responsibilities:

The client must ensure the space is prepped and accessible. At consultation, I'll communicate any necessary adjustments to the project area. If I arrive to work on the project and the area isn’t prepped or accessible, an extra fee may be calculated into the project total. This will be communicated at the time of, and noted in the invoice.

Outdoor projects may be rescheduled due to weather. If it can’t be rescheduled, an additional charge for inclement weather may be added to the project total. This will be communicated at the time of, and noted in the invoice.

Rush Fees:

Charge an additional 25% for last-minute or expedited projects.


Revisions:

Include one round of minor revisions for free; additional changes will be billed hourly.


Design Rights:

Artwork created for murals or windows may be photographed and used for portfolio or promotional purposes.

Design remains the intellectual property of Remnant Muse Art unless exclusive rights are purchased.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel the project.

Rescheduling is possible with advance notice and based on mutual availability. Please contact me for rescheduling with at least 48 hour notice,
